Zug, Switzerland – Infront has announced personnel and structural changes at Group Management level, with the aim to strengthen two key corporate functions for Infront – Finance and People management.
Explaining the changes within Finance, Philippe Blatter, Infront President & CEO, said: “Given the challenging economic environment and the need to accelerate Infront’s corporate development, we have decided to split the Chief Financial Officer function and divide the duties between Sönke Ziebell and Perica Mihajlovic. As of 1 November 2022, both will act the as Co-CFOs and Vice Presidents Finance and will report to me. With this step we will have a closer focus on Infront’s financial management and strengthen Finance as a corporate function in these demanding times.”
Sönke Ziebell will focus his efforts on Strategic & Corporate Finance, while Perica Mihajlovic takes the lead for Operational Finance and is appointed as a Member of the Group Management Board (GMB).
Next to the changes in Finance, Infront strengthens its People function by enhancing the role of Natacha Schauenburg, promoting her to Vice President People and appointing her a Member of the GMB as of 1 November 2022. This move will see HR management permanently represented at group management level, thus providing a more integrated approach for people management.

I am particularly happy that Natacha’s appointment means we have the first female member on our GMB, an important signal for all of us to embrace and drive gender diversity in managerial positions moving forward.”
Sönke Ziebell joined Infront in 2003, first working as Head of Group Treasury, then as the Director Corporate Finance & Controlling and Senior Director Corporate Finance, Treasury & Special Projects before taking on the CFO / Vice President Finance post in 2020.
Perica Mihajlovic came to Infront in 2008 as Project Accountant. Afterwards he held the Financial Controller position for several years before he was appointed Head of Group Controlling in 2018.
Natacha Schauenburg joined Infront in 2020 as Senior Director People & Infrastructure.
