Frankfurt, Germany - Infront Germany tackles the new year with a second Managing Director and a new corporate structure. Marco Sautner joins Reinhardt Weinberger at the forefront of the German subsidiary of Infront Sports & Media with immediate effect. Furthermore, Infront Germany is undergoing structural changes due to strong company growth and more complex market conditions.
In order to meet the dynamic developments of the past few years, Infront Germany is now under the dual leadership of Managing Director Reinhardt Weinberger as well as Marco Sautner - previously Director of Marketing & Sales at Infront Germany - who complements the subsidiary management as an equal-ranking Managing Director.
In addition, there are also structural and organisational changes at the secondary level of the subsidiary. There are now three business units with Infront Germany aligning itself more strongly with the market and subsequent customer requirements.
Marketing & Business Development: Under the leadership of Director Stephanus Tekle, the new Marketing & Business Development unit covers topics such as market insights, digital, communication and business development. This area will also serve as an innovation hub and advisory unit for customers and partners, especially as a result of digitalisation.
Sales: As Director Sales, Achim Morlok assumes coordination and control of the new Sales unit. Regional responsibilities have also been created to strengthen the distribution across Infront Germany’s portfolio of properties and connect projects more closely.
Finance & Administration: The third business unit continues to be under the responsibility of Director Oliver Prenger, who, together with Reinhardt Weinberger and Marco Sautner, completes the management of Infront Germany.
Reinhardt Weinberger, Managing Director of Infront Germany since 2007: “Our industry continues to develop dynamically and is growing rapidly - internal changes are the logical consequence. As a leading company in the sports industry, we aim to actively shape the market and create the necessary prerequisites - both in terms of content as well as structure. With our new organisational structure and the corresponding responsibilities, we are well prepared for upcoming challenges.”
Marco Sautner, new Managing Director of Infront Germany: “I am looking forward to my new role within the company and an exciting year 2017. With the changes in the company, we want to set the course for the future and develop our position as a leading sports marketing company even more.”
