Return of athletics´ premier global series to free-to-air across several European markets to boost exposure of global athletics series
Zug, Switzerland – Infront has secured several significant long-term broadcast agreements for the Wanda Diamond League from 2025. These include new free-to air deals to ensure broad global coverage of the sport following the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Free-to-air agreements have been signed in Latvia with LTV, Switzerland with SRG and Germany with ARD and ZDF (via SportA) who will show up to five live events per season as well as highlights. There is also a new partnership in the United States with FloSports, announced in April 2024.
Arena (Balkans), Polsat (Poland), SportTV (Portugal) and Ziggo (the Netherlands) have also prolonged their current agreements for the series. In addition, Pragosport has secured the rights across Czech Republic and Slovakia, confirming MTVA as the continued broadcaster in Hungary whilst MatchTV have secured the rights in Russia.
All partnerships come at the start of for the international rights to the Diamond League. The sales process in other territories is ongoing.

The Wanda Diamond League
The Wanda Diamond League is athletics' global premier one-day series. The competition encompasses 15 of the sport's most prestigious one-day meetings in Asia, Africa, North America and Europe. The world´s best athletes compete for points at 14 series meetings from May to September, with the most successful in each discipline qualifying for the Wanda Diamond League Final.
