Zug, Switzerland – German online printing company FLYERALARM is to become Official Sponsor for a total of 19 races of the Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup. The contract was brokered by Infront Sports & Media, a Wanda Sports company, and the advertising presence will start with the races in Val d'Isère this weekend.
As part of the agreement, FLYERALARM will benefit from brand visibility at eleven different locations in all five alpine skiing disciplines (Downhill, Super-G, Giant Slalom, Slalom, Alpine combined) as well as at a Night Parallel Slalom. The rights package includes various branding opportunities to provide valuable exposure at the start and finish areas as well as along the course and is completed by a hospitality contingent together with further advertising and promotional rights.
Increase brand awareness in Germany and beyond
Farid Mahmood, Chief International Officer of FLYERALARM: “As a European pioneer in online printing, we want to further expand our rapidly growing internationalisation and increase our brand awareness even stronger abroad. The Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup, one of the most coveted sports series in the world, is a perfect fit for this - the emotional dynamics fit very well with our philosophy and our constant pursuit of further development and innovation. We will use the increased awareness of our brand to support our new customers with innovative printing, advertising and marketing services to aid their activities with upmost professionalism.”
Bruno Marty, Executive Director Winter Sports at Infront: "We are very happy to have FLYERALARM on board as a new sponsor for the Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup. We are convinced that this commitment is an excellent addition to the company's previous sponsorship activities - primarily in football and basketball. Through having a presence at well-known and popular races such as Val d'Isère, Cortina d'Ampezzo and Kranjska Gora, the company will benefit from increased exposure and greater brand awareness far beyond national borders."
