New Official Car Partner announced for 2022/23 edition
Zug, Switzerland – Mitsubishi Motors Germany, the official importer of Mitsubishi cars in Germany, has been named the Official Car Partner of the 2022/23 Four Hills Tournament in an agreement brokered by Infront. The collaboration marks the first time the brand will feature at one of ski jumping’s flagship events.
The agreement includes car placements at all four venues. Mitsubishi's logo will be also featured on the website and across all marketing materials at the venue.
Werner H. Frey, Managing Director Mitsubishi Motors Germany: “Mitsubishi is all about ambition so attaching ourselves to a sport like ski jumping where the boundary is constantly pushed is an intelligent move for our brand. The Four Hills Tournament is one of the pinnacles of the sport and we want to associate ourselves with the highest level of competition to ensure we receive the best exposure to our key audience. This partnership will certainly achieve just that.”
Michael Witta, Vice President Marketing Sales and Services, Infront said: “When a brand with the presence that Mitsubishi has chooses to use an event like the Four Hills Tournament as a platform it says a lot about what winter sport can achieve. The competition attracts huge audiences and can present true return on investment if activated well. We’re looking forward to seeing the results of this partnership.”
Infront has been the exclusive marketing partner of the Four Hills Tournament since the 2010/11 event and signed an extension in 2020, taking the partnership up until 2026. It has also assisted with other elements of the event and recently helped rebrand the tournament.
